Tutu Doctor respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), we will expeditiously respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement.

Filing a Takedown Notice

If you believe that content available on the Site infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice to the contact address below containing all of the following:

  • a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
  • identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by one notice, a representative list;
  • identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it (such as the page URL);
  • your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address;
  • a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • a statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

How We Respond

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will take whatever action we deem appropriate, including removing or disabling access to the identified material. We may forward your notice to the original uploader or source of the content.

We will terminate the access of users who are found to be repeat infringers, in appropriate circumstances.

Counter-Notification

If your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification containing:

  • your physical or electronic signature;
  • identification of the material that has been removed and its location before removal;
  • a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  • your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
  • a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.

Restoration of Content

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complaining party. If that party does not notify us that they have filed an action seeking a court order, we may restore the removed content.

Misrepresentations

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing or was removed by mistake may be liable for damages, including costs and legal fees.

Submitting Notices

Send DMCA notices and counter-notifications to support@tutudoctor.xyz with a subject line indicating whether it is a takedown notice or a counter-notification. We aim to process complete notices as quickly as reasonably practicable.
